TRACKING TROPICAL DEPRESSION FIONA

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – The National Hurricane Center has issued its last advisory on what was Tropical Depression Fiona.

At 11 a.m. Tuesday, the center of the post tropical system was about 430 miles south of Bermuda.

The storm's maximum sustained winds had dropped 30 mph with higher gusts.

The storm was moving toward the west-northwest at around 12 mph. A gradual turn toward the northwest, with a decrease in forward speed, is expected over the next 48 hours.

The tropical depression is expected to become a remnant low within the next couple of days.

There are no coastal watches or warnings in effect.

Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Gaston gained strength overnight in the far eastern Atlantic Ocean. There's also a third tropical wave moving in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. It has a high chance of becoming a tropical disturbance within the next few days.
