Fresh First is South Florida’s first gluten-free eatery and juicery. The 100% organic everyday vegan chili is made with a mix of kidney and pinto beans, fresh tomatoes, green peppers, onions and tofu. The chili is served every day as the business also sets up interested customers with gluten sensitivities on meal plans. The chili has all of the elements of a traditional chili dish – peppers, chili powder, tomatoes, etc. Both vegetarians and non-vegetarians would love the dish.

This establishment is in the heart of downtown Miami across from County Hall (Stephen P. Clark Center) and the Government Center Metrorail stop. Lunch-time rush customers should be advised to order a bowl of the Colorado pork chili. The hearty chili flavor with cubes of tasty pork shoulder will fill up any belly for the long commute home along the 836 Expressway. To counter the strong chili flavor, it is accompanied with key lime sour cream and tortillas. It tries to convince any customer to skip dinner and just let the bowl of chili warm its way through the body.
