This establishment is in the heart of downtown Miami across from County Hall (Stephen P. Clark Center) and the Government Center Metrorail stop. Lunch-time rush customers should be advised to order a bowl of the Colorado pork chili. The hearty chili flavor with cubes of tasty pork shoulder will fill up any belly for the long commute home along the 836 Expressway. To counter the strong chili flavor, it is accompanied with key lime sour cream and tortillas. It tries to convince any customer to skip dinner and just let the bowl of chili warm its way through the body.
