Food For Thought In Chef’s Roundtable

MIAMI BEACH (CBSMiami) — The world’s top chefs are in town for the South Beach Wine and Food Festival which starts Thursday.

Premier local chefs such as Timom Balloo of Sugarcane Raw Bar & Grill and Bocce Bar, Michelle Bernstein from Michy’s and Crumb on Parchment, Todd Erickson from Haven and Huahua’s Taqueria, Jamie DeRosa from Tongue and Cheek and Paula DaSilva from 3030 Ocean joined CBS4’s Lisa Petrillo at the Chef’s Roundtable.

These local chefs served up some major food for thought on issues from trends in food to competition in the kitchen and even social media.
