The end of February is the time for the most devoted foodies and celebrated chefs to gather in Miami for the South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by the Food Network. SOBEWFF features incredible dining, sampling, parties and presentations and the adult beverages keep flowing from top champagne companies to esoteric wineries. The festival runs from Thursday, Feb. 20 to Sunday, Feb. 23 with events throughout the days and evenings as well as 21-and-over events and events appropriate for the entire family.

Moet Hennessy's The Q

Moet Hennessy's The Q is one of the most entertaining events of the food and wine festival. Over 40 top chefs come up with delicious dishes to be paired with the wine and spirits brands of Moet Hennessy for creative, spectacular fare. This year's event is hosted by Chef Michael Symon at the Delano Hotel on Thursday, Feb. 20 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Guests 21 years of age and older may purchase tickets at $300 per person. This year's special guests are the stunning supermodels from the highly-anticipated, upcoming 50th anniversary Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition.

Whole Foods Market Grand Tasting Village

The beach tents of the Grand Tasting Village feature two days of culinary demos (11 a.m. to 6 p.m.) and tasting tents (1 p.m. to 5 p.m.) on Feb. 22 and Feb 23. The demos will be presented by such celebrities as Martha Stewart, Trisha Yearwood, Daniel Boulud and Rocco Dispirito and they'll be available for book signings (sold on site by Books & Books) and meet and greets as well. Three demo panels will take place over the weekend with cuisine ranging from Cajun to Chinese by such names as Anthony Bourdain and even Chris Bosh of the Miami Heat. This event is for guests 21 years of age and older and tickets are available for $225 per day or as a weekend pass for $405. There are fast passes available as well as 15-percent-off discounts for tickets purchased with MasterCards.

Wine Spectator's Best Of The Best

The Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel hosts the expansive wine and food sampling event on Feb. 21 from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. For $350 a ticket, guests walk around the venue enjoying gourmet food samples by 50 top chefs accompanied by Wine Spectator's best of the best wines and champagnes. The labels offering varieties for the tastings include Far Niente, Caymus Vineyards, Inglenook, Trimbach, G.H. Mumm and many more. Guests can learn all about the varieties they sample via the on-site winemakers and proprietors.

Fun & Fit As A Family

The children are not forgotten at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. Jungle Island features food, sports, an interactive kitchen and more for the family. Celebrity chefs teach healthy lifestyle cooking tips and recipes to families via simple and convenient demonstrations – chefs such as Robert Irvine, Timon Balloo, Giada De Laurentiis and Jungle Island's Chef Steve Black. Tickets cost $20 per day and the event is held on Feb. 22 and Feb. 23.

Amstel Light Burger Bash

The 8th annual Amstel Light Burger Bash presents arguably the most popular event of SOBEWFF. Celebrity chef Rachael Ray hosts the three-hour event on Feb. 21 from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at the beach at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach Hotel. For $225 per person, guests enjoy burgers by over two dozen of the top burger masters in the country accompanied by wine samples and Amstel Light beer. The participating restaurants this year make up a long list including Chef Allen's, STK Miami and Whisk Gourmet Food & Catering. Chef Bobby Flay's title for the best burger will be challenged as guests vote for this year's winner.
