The Ultimate Fan Experience: 2018
Going strong now for six years, CBS Miami and South Florida Honda Dealers teamed up yet again to bring the Ultimate Fan Experience to a group of lucky Dol-fans.
Two lucky winners were selected to attend a Miami Dolphins game and have an experience that’s completely unique and extraordinary.
This year, our two winners were Brendan and Nortrivah. They each had an amazing time with their guest at Hard Rock Stadium, and put their experience into words:
An Amazing Father-Son Experience For Brendan And Declan
Here is Brendan’s experience:
Declan and I had an amazing experience at the game.
The weather did not want to cooperate at first, but fortunately it stopped raining in time for us to take the field and watch the players warm-up.
It was very cool to see how the players interacted with Declan, which meant the world to my young Dolphins fan.
The ability to be so close to the players was truly remarkable.
Getting to see the inside of the TV truck was enlightening.
The amount of work that goes on behind the scenes is something to behold.
Declan and I also had the opportunity to go into the TV broadcast booth and Delcan was blown away when Bob Greise allowed him to wear his Super Bowl ring from the Dolphins perfect season.
All in all it was an amazing experience!
Thank you CBS4 and South Florida Honda Dealers for a night that my son and I will never forget!
Nortrivah And TJ Loved Their Ultimate Fan Experience
Here is Nortrivah’s experience:
We arrived early and had plenty of time to walk around before our tour started. It was awesome to see how many people were out tailgating before the game started.
We met up with David from CBS4 who would be our tour guide for the afternoon.
He took us to the production trailer, which was responsible for bringing the game to fans at home.
We were also able to listen in on a meeting with NFL referees, who wanted to ensure that everything ran smoothly. It was so cool to see how much goes into producing a game.
After leaving the production trailer, we went into the Dolphins team store, which has everything a dolphins fan could want. I couldn’t even leave without getting a little jersey for my dog Fendi.
We then went into the stadium, where we visited the Dolphin’s press conference room.
It was so awesome to take a picture behind the podium and see where the coaches and players address the media.
Our next stop on the tour was the football field where we got to see the players warm up before the game. It was amazing hanging out on the sidelines, especially being a few feet away from the players. I was able to spot a few of my favorites, like Ryan Tannehill, Danny Amendola, and Minkah Fitzpatrick.
After visiting the press box and seeing where all the media members work, our last stop was to the CBS broadcasting booth where we got to see Nat Moore and Bob Griese hard at work prepping before the game.
At the end of the tour, David took us down to the club level, where we were able to explore the stadium on our own before the start of game.
Despite the fact that the Dolphins didn’t beat the Ravens, it was still an amazing experience and I believe the Dolphins will have an amazing season.
Thank you so much CBS Miami and South Florida Honda Dealers for the Ultimate Fan Experience, it was truly a night I will never forget.
