1460 NW 107th Ave.
Miami, FL 33172

Ana Paz Cakes has been a small locale since 1990 in the City of Doral across from the Miami International Mall. The cakes are mostly buttercream but also include fondant icing cakes, and the filling (which is a Paz family recipe) tastes better if not as good as the event itself. The cake production is done weekly and is not pre-made, therefore any couple busily planning their wedding can rest assured that their cake will be delicious and fresh. Cake tastings (free for regular flavors, $35 for a full tasting) are limited to three people, but if more come they aren't turned away. Children, although adored by grandmother Mrs. Paz, are asked to remain at home during the tasting to prevent boredom during the delicate planning meetings. The cakes are kosher-approved and are included in 62 hotel wedding packages and wedding caterer companies.
