Shooting Outside North Miami Beach Sports Bar

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - An investigation is underway after an overnight shooting in North Miami Beach.

It happened just before 12:30 a.m. outside the Styx Sports Bar and Grill at 153rd Street and W Dixie Highway.

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue said a male was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. No word on if anyone was taken into custody.

Police were called to the same bar about a year ago after a man was shot and killed outside of it during an attempted robbery.
