Armed Police Impersonator Arrested By Miami-Dade PD

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Authorities have arrested a man and charged him with impersonating a police officer.
Miami-Dade Police arrested 27-year-old Franklin Dixon-Lozano Wednesday evening.
He is charged with falsely impersonating an officer and possession of a firearm while committing an offense.
A second man was detained by police but later released.
Authorities say that man was not charged.
