PORT ST. LUCIE (CBSMiami) — The desperate search for a missing little girl came to a tragic end in Port St. Lucie.

Police said the body of Chelsea Noel was found in a lake.

The 4-year-old girl was missing for over 24 hours after she ran out of her home on Saturday night.

Noel was autistic and nonverbal.

Police searched on foot and by air.

They also used boats and bloodhounds to find the little girl.

No foul play is suspected.
