DEERFIELD BEACH (CBSMiami) — Broward deputies are looking for a driver who smashed into a Deerfield Beach home overnight.

The Broward Sheriff’s Office got a call about a hit and run just before 3 a.m.

When they arrived at the home located at 470 NW 39 Court, they found a whole car inside the home and a gaping hole to go with it.

Investigators say the car that slammed into the home was a 2010 BMW 750i.

Luckily, no one was inside the home at the time.

The driver of the car ran off.
