MIAMI (CBSMiami) — They call it a true piece of paradise that’s “a world apart.” It’s Palazzo del Sol at the exclusive residences at Fisher Island off Miami Beach.

It’s the newest building built on the island in eight years. The only access to it is by boat or helicopter.

Director of Sales Dora Puig gave CBS4’s Lisa Petrillo a look inside.

“You’ve now entered our largest apartment. It’s just under 10,000 square feet. It’s a seven-bedroom home. Everything you touch and see is Italian,” said Puig.

The over-sized living room with white washed oak barn wood floors gives the huge room warmth and style.

“This is a slab of limestone in greyhound. It makes it look like the desert,” said Puig pointing out the elegant walls.

Decorated bookcases separate the main room from the super stylized billiard room with elegant ceiling fixtures.

The kitchen again is all-Italian with custom-made 8-foot-tall floors to fit with the 10-foot-high ceilings. The dining room is fit for royalty – European style and elegant. Just outside the kitchen is the breakfast nook which can double as a second dining room.

It leads outside to some great views.

“These views are so spectacular. This is the money shot,” said Petrillo, awestruck by the views.

“The Port of Miami is to the left. This is where Biscayne Bay meets the Atlantic Ocean, all of the cruise ships come into Miami Beach,” said Puig.

Back inside to pure serenity.

“Welcome to our gorgeous master suite,” said Puig.

The master has a beautifully designed sitting area with a turquoise rug picking up the colors from the water. While the four-poster bed is trimmed in leather with wood walls.
The master bath is all white marble with floating double sinks and an Italian-designed bathtub.

All this luxury for a price tag of?

“This unit is priced at $19,700,000,” Puig said.

Here’s a perk: With a purchase of every unit, as a gift from the developer, a 25,000.00 Dutch-made golf cart so you can arrive in style.

Happy House Hunting!
