SCOUTING: If you get out and watch enough football players in South Florida - live and in person - there is so much you can see that watching film or checking out 7-on-7 events will not provide. Things such as getting that fourth-and-two with 10 pounds of equipment and three 250-pound defensive linemen hanging all over you. Things such as being able to get it done on both sides of the ball - as well as on special teams. Here is one of those emerging, young standouts who is truly something very special. Watching him play football between late August and late November is what will get him to that next level. Stubbs has quickness, athletic ability and knack of picking things up quickly certainly has him on the right track over the next two years. This is really a player that we liked ever since seeing him a year ago - and followed him through a very productive offseason. Stubbs is one of several Colts who continues to make an impact.
