MIAMI (CBSMiami) – The Miami Heat are kicking off their season on the road, but they won’t have to go very far. They’ll be traveling to Orlando for matchup with the Magic.

The team released its 2016-17 regular season schedule Thursday.

The schedule features several exciting matchups, including two visits by old flame LeBron James and his Cleveland Cavaliers. The defending NBA Champions will be here on March 4th and April 10th.

And all eyes will be glued to their TV sets on November 10th. That’s when former Heat superstar Dwyane Wade and his Chicago Bulls roll into town.

The Heat will also host the Kevin Durant and his new team, the Golden State Warriors, on January 23rd.

As for the holiday games, there will no Christmas for the Heat. They will, however, play at home on New Year’s Day against the Detroit Pistons.

The Heat then finish their regular season at home on April 12th, 2017, against the Washington Wizards.
