Kids In Custody After Two County Chase

POMPANO BEACH (CBSMiami) -- Two kids are in custody following a wild two county chase.
The pursuit started in Pompano Beach, when deputies say they spotted a vehicle involved in an armed car-jacking on Sunday night.
The driver took off northbound on the Turnpike into Palm Beach County.
Eventually, deputies stopped the car at Lake Worth Road.
According to investigators, that's where the passenger bailed out and jumped off the overpass landing in the median below.
The suspect was taken to the hospital in critical condition. The driver was also arrested.
