FORT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) — Hillary Clinton is expected to make an appearance at the Trayvon Martin Foundation event in Ft. Lauderdale.
Her focus Saturday night, according to CNN, is that she’ll specifically be talking about Donald Trump and the National Rifle Association.
The foundation was created by Sybrina Fulton, the mother of Trayvon Martin, following the teenager’s shooting death in 2012, with the goal of ending gun violence.
Inside the event room sits a table full of photos of victims who died at the hands of a firearm.
Trump spoke to the NRA on Friday when the group endorsed him.
“I will not let you down,” Trump told the convention in Kentucky, establishing the contrast between himself and Clinton on guns.
“Crooked Hillary Clinton is the most anti-gun, anti-second amendment candidate ever to run for office,” Trump remarked.
Meanwhile, Clinton took to Twitter to respond.
