SCOUTING: Following a productive youth career, which was ended with an all-star game appearance, Underwood had a huge freshman season at Champagnat Catholic - where he put up some big numbers in his freshman season. Following the season, this talented football prospect left Champagnat; made a brief stop at Booker T. Washington; then decided to join the four-time defending champion Rockets. At Central, Underwood will battle for the starting quarterback job. From a potential standpoint, the sky is certainly the limit. But this now becomes the biggest test of his young career. As he grows, matures and learns more about the position, things will come easier and he will showcase all of his skills. This spring has been very important; but so will the offseason, where things pick up and starting jobs are on the line. Still, Underwood has three full years left to leave his mark.
