MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- Ikea is recalling a children's bat cape over a strangulation hazard.
The store says the LATT JO bat cape's fabric hook and loop fastener at the neck of the cape could possibly not detach while in use, causing a child using it to possibly be strangled.
The company is urging parents to have their children stop using the cap and return them to Ikea for a full refund.
The bat capes under the recall were sold between November 2015 and February 2016 in stores and online.
Ikea says no permanent injuries have been reported in connection to this recall.
