HOLLYWOOD (CBSMiami) – A man accused of groping a woman while she walked on a street in Hollywood was arrested again on Friday.

Hollywood police is now the third law enforcement agency to file criminal charges against Ruiz this week.

Ruiz is accused of exposing himself to a woman at a Cooper City park and grabbing the buttocks and private parts of a woman at a park in Davie.

He was arrested on Tuesday on those cases and bonded out of jail.

The Hollywood Police Department discussed the charges filed against Ruiz on Friday.

"She was stopped. She was using her phone. Seemed to be stretching when she felt somebody groper her from behind and she immediately turned around and confronted the individual," Hollywood Police Department spokesperson Jaime Hernandez.

Ruiz called CBS4 News This Morning and said he was upset about the way detectives treated him and touched him during an interview.

"This guy grabs me, he's grabbing my whole body. Doesn't even check, he doesn't… I have pockets, he doesn't even go through my pockets," Ruiz explained. "I have shoes on, he doesn't even request to ask me to take my shoes off, my socks off or nothing. He's just grabbing my whole body like as if I'm a woman."

Ruiz went on to say that he was very upset that an officer forcibly pulled his pants down and looked at his private parts.

Some might see the irony in that outrage considering the charges he faces.

CBS4 asked each of the investigative agencies about Ruiz's complaints and each one denied doing that.
