Shooting Death At Miami Shores Motel Prompts Investigation

MIAMI SHORES (CBSMiami) -- Authorities are investigating the deadly shooting of a man at a motel in Miami Shores.

Miami Shores Police said the victim, in his 20's, was discovered shot Sunday afternoon at the Motel Shores at Biscayne located at 10500 Biscayne Blvd.

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded and pronounced the man deceased.

Homicide units closed off the area as they investigated, and were seen searching the roof of the building.

Detectives are looking for a black 90's Cadillac Seville with front-end damage and a possible tag of W20-29C, driven by one or two black males.
