MIAMI (CBSMiami) – The taekwondo instructor taken into custody almost three weeks ago for allegedly molesting two young students has been arrested again. And police are worried there could be many more victims.

Rafael Negron, 64, was arrested Wednesday following accusations he assaulted another child.

According to City of Miami police, the victim was around 9 or 10 years old when she began to attend his martial arts school at 2302 NE 2nd Ave. – which is where the sexual encounters began.

Authorities said Negron sexually assaulted the child for nearly five years. He allegedly performed oral sex on the victim before it escalated to penetration.

The police report states Negron began paying the victim $40 a week and it reached $100 at one point.

The parents told police they believed she was being paid for teaching smaller children at the school.

Investigators said the assaults stopped in January after the victim kicked Negron to keep him away from her.

The last encounter happened at Negron's current school at 188 NW 36th St. in the Wynwood area.

At that school, Negron reportedly assaulted two other girls – ages 15 and 10.

The victims, who are sisters, had been attending classes for the last five years.

According to an arrest report, Negron had, on occasion, picked them up from school and even run errands with him.

At some point in time, the girls' mother had noticed inappropriate text messages on the teenager's phone sent by Negron, saying that he felt lonely and offered to be the girl's "sugar daddy" in exchange for having sex with him.

The report goes on to say that last year, Negron exposed himself to the teen and made numerous sexual advances toward her, including kissing, touching and even forcing the girl to touch his penis.

The younger victim told police Negron would touch her and talk about sex, including telling her he was a "good licker down there."

Negron is facing several felony charges, which include: child molestation, sexual battery on a minor and engaging in sexual acts with a familial child.

Authorities fear there could be many more victims and are asking them to come forward.
