Dr. Julio Frenk was named UM’s sixth president in April, taking over for Donna Shalala. He’s the first hispanic president for the school and came from the Harvard School of Public Health, and also served as Mexico’s Minister of Health.READ MORE: Nationals Squeeze Past Marlins In 10 Innings, Win 5-4

An inauguration ceremony is being held for Dr. Frenk, with CBS4 Meteorologist Lissette Gonzalez acting as the Alumni Marshall.
