LOS ANGELES (CBSMiami) – Former Miami Heat center Shaquille O’Neal made some interesting comments while making an appearance at a Los Angeles Lakers event on Monday.

Shaq, appearing at the 12th annual Lakers All-Access at Staples Center in Los Angeles, was cracking jokes about how much he got paid to play college basketball at Louisiana State University.

Whether or not he was being serious is up for speculation, but the NCAA can’t really do anything about what happened in the early 90’s.

One thing the NCAA may be keeping an eye on is the recruiting process for Shaq’s son, Shareef.
