Woman In Hospital, Another In Custody After Fight

HOLLYWOOD (CBSMiami) -- An argument between to women in Hollywood escalated- landing one of them in the hospital.

Hollywood Police said the two women were fighting when one of them stabbed the other sometime around noon.

Rescue crews rushed the stabbing victim to Hollywood Memorial Hospital in stable condition while police took the other woman into custody.

Chopper 4 was over the scene at 126 North State Road 7 where a patrol car could be seen parked near a silver sedan near a gas station where another patrol car could be seen parked.

It is unclear what prompted the fight.
