Exhibits, Parties Sprinkled Throughout South Florida For Art Basel

MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- Art exhibits are sprinkled throughout South Florida during Miami art week.
This week all exhibits, parties and other events are focusing on Art Basel and Art Miami among other shows all over town mainly in Miami Beach and Wynwood.
In its 14th year, Art Basel is exhibiting more than 260 galleries.
"It is great to come and see and talk to the artists and know a little bit more about the contemporary art world, " said Julio Navarro with Context Art Miami.
While traffic and parking in the area may be a headache, Art Basel goers do have options.
The Miami-Dade Art Express bus service will be providing rides starting Tuesday and will come around every 20 minutes from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. It runs until Sunday.
Stops will be located at:
- Miami Beach Convention Center - 17 St. and Convention Center Dr.
- Design District - NE 1st Ave. and 38 St.
- Wynwood - NW 2nd Ave. and 29 St.
- Midtown - NE 29 St. and 1st Ave.
