The surveillance tape clearly showed a violent armed robbery in progress at a Walgreens at 23201 SW 112 Avenue.

Shoppers in costume didn’t even seem to realize there are two real robbers in hoodies carrying two real guns.

The guys held up the clerk up at gunpoint, yanking the cash registers off the counter.

As they quickly start heading outside, something or someone stops them in their tracks.

Police said one robber yelled that it was an officer and started firing.

That man was packing his own heat and fired back from just outside the glass doors.

The return fire was too much for those two thieves, who ran back inside and took off from the back.

Police pointed out the two gunmen took off in a dark blue four-door hatchback.

No one was hurt in the shootout.

The guys are about 17 to 24 years old and are considered armed and dangerous.
