That man, Jonathan Zamudio, was a landscaper for Ross at properties in Georgia and Florida. He and another landscaper, Leonardo Caceres, along with several of Zamudio’s family members, filed a lawsuit last month. They alleged that Ross stormed into his guest house, where they were living, and beat them with a gun.
In a countersuit filed Wednesday, Ross says the two men weren’t supposed to be living on his property, disputes the beating allegations and calls their lawsuit an attempt to extort him.MORE NEWS: Nearly 11-Foot Gator Found Hanging Out In Florida Pool
