MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Basketball season is right around the corner, and that means the Miami Heat are gearing up for training camp.

The Heat announced on Tuesday that they will hold their 2015 Training Camp at FAU Arena on the Florida Atlantic University campus in Boca Raton.

The camp will run from September 29th to October 3rd.

The Heat will have two-a-day practices on Tuesday the 29th, Wednesday the 30th and Thursday the 1st.

Then on Friday and Saturday the team will have single practice sessions.

Heat Training Camp is not open to the public.  The team will hold a scrimmage at the American Airlines Arena that will be open to the public but a date has not yet been announced.
