Darlington: Dolphins' Struggles on D-Line 'On The Coaching Staff'
"It's mind blowing, honestly," NFL Network's Jeff Darlington said on Hochman, Crowder and Krantz of the Miami Dolphins' struggles up front on defense. "I was going into the season saying the Dolphins are a Top-3 defensive front in the league. You could argue that Houston, Buffalo, and the Dolphins are the three best defensive fronts -- the Jets maybe in that Top 5.
"This is literally inexcusable and quite frankly, in my opinion, it is on the coaching staff because you can't tell me that you have Cameron Wake, Oliver Vernon, and Ndamukong Suh on the front end. If you are not succeeding, I'm sorry, it's not their fault. It's got to be schematics."
