Once again a mysterious fan paid to fly disparaging comments on the tail of banner planes ahead of Saturday’s home game against Nebraska.

The banner read:

“C’MON. #FIREALGOLDEN THESE BANNERS ARE EXPENSIVE.”

Another banner carried the message:

“MAKE MIAMI GREAT AGAIN – BUTCH DAVIS 2016.”

The fire Golden via banner plane trend started when the Canes opened up the season against Bethune-Cookman.

The banner then read, “TEMPLE COACH = TEMPLE RESULTS FIRE AL GOLDEN.”

Even at 2-0, with blowout victories of 45-0 and 44-20, some fans continue to hate on Golden.
