Netflix To Offer Employees Unlimited Maternity And Paternity Leave

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Netflix is offering its employees unlimited leave policy for new moms and dads.
The California-based company, which offers its services in several countries, announced Tuesday via their US and Canada blog that they will begin offering the unlimited leave policy.
The company's policy "allows them to take off as much time as they want during the first year after a child's birth or adoption," the blog post reads in part.
Netflix said the company's success centers on their ability to compete to keep "the most talented individuals in their field."
The company, based on experience, believes "people perform better at work when they're not worrying about home."
