The OXO Nest Booster Seat, which comes in green, pink, taupe and orange, is being recalled because the stitching on the restraint straps can loosen which allows the straps to separate from the seat, which poses a fall hazard to the children.READ MORE: Have You Seen This Woman? The company, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, has received five reports of the stitching coming undone, releasing the straps after a child pulling on the strap or an adult tightening the straps. No injuries have been reported.
