Reactions Differ On Marco Rubio's Presidential Announcement

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – More than a thousand people poured into the freedom tower to witness history while a couple hundred others stood outside voicing their opposition.
Those gathering to support Marco Rubio were thrilled with what they heard.
That included major donor and auto tycoon Norman Braman who said, "it was a great day. It was just wonderful, it could not of been any better."
Doral mayor Luigi Boria said, "we need fresh blood to the arena."
Former Doral city manager Joe Corollo was discussing Rubio and Jeb Bush.
"If anything it shows how many great Republican candidates we have and the Democrats are bringing out an old war horse," said Corollo.
Miami mayor Tomas Regalado was echoing the sentiment saying, "I will be hoping and willing to work for any candidate who gets the nomination."
But outside of the freedom tower hundreds were booing.

Those protesting Rubio didn't like what he had to say. A large group called him a flip flopper on immigration reform.
Protestor Mayra Rubio said, "we want him to side with our undocumented community, we know he has not done that."

Protestor Bon Mandell said, "with [Rubio] in office we will all be under water."
There were also protesters focusing on human rights and sanctions on Iran.
The one thing that was constant was that everyone who showed up today definitely had an opinion.
A lot of older voters showed up wanting to witness history, and talked about the debt their grandchildren will have to live with and who would be the best candidates for the sake of their future.
