Charges Dropped Against Insurance Agent Arrested For Fraud

MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- Charges have been dismissed against a Miami insurance agent, formerly charged with insurance fraud, according to court documents.
The court documents state the case was dismissed with an entry of nolle prosequi,, which means prosecutors chose not to pursue the charges against Richard Gomez.
No other action will be taken in the case.
