Chef Ingrid Hoffmann Bringing Her 'Cocina' To Your Kitchen

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Ingrid Hoffmann is a self-described professional eater, so it's no surprise this Colombian-born Miami-raised pint-sized powerhouse has made her love of food her work.

Hoffmann currently hosts two cooking shows on different stations, she has her own line of table top ware and cookware, she's an author and is just releasing  her very own food brand: "Cocina."

"Cocina is a line of meal kits and spices that actually take the guesswork out of people. You have two ingredients to buy outside the box.  It's all natural, preservative free and three of the four boxes are gluten free," said Ingrid.

The meals are healthy and most of all easy to make – everything is done in one pot.

There are four boxed meals to choose from: green chili and herb polenta, herb pepper quinoa, paella and chili. Each box has everything but two ingredients, which you need to buy.

Hoffmann will launch the Cocina line at 11pm this Saturday night on HSN.
