Kayla Mendoza is expected to plead guilty to two counts of DUI manslaughter.

Mendoza could receive as much as 30 years in prison but her attorney said he plans to ask for significantly less time than that.

Investigators said Mendoza’s blood alcohol level was almost twice the legal limit at the time of the crash.
