Lawyers for Democrat George Sheldon want Governor Scott to turn over information about his various holdings. They are also seeking information on investments controlled by Scott’s wife, Ann Scott.

Sheldon unsuccessfully ran last year for attorney general. He filed a lawsuit that in October that contended that Scott was failing to report his actual wealth as required by Florida law.
The lawsuit asks a judge to declare that Scott is breaking the state’s financial disclosure law.
