CONCORD, N.H. (CBSMiami/AP) —Flags are flying at half-staff in New Hampshire in honor of a Navy SEAL  who died during training in Florida last week.

William "Blake" Marston of Concord died during a military parachute training exercise.

Flags are flying at half-staff Saturday, the day a celebration of the 31-year-old Marston's life was scheduled at the Bedford Presbyterian Church.

Hassan said Marston's unyielding commitment to serving his fellow citizens, his state and his country demonstrated the very best of the strength and resilience that define the Granite State.
