MIAMI (CBSMiami) — Miami Police have located the parent’s of a toddler who had been left at a Miami Daycare.

Police said the toddler named Nicholas was dropped off at Lincoln Marti Daycare located at 880 N.W. SW 8th Street by a woman with two other children.

Nicholas is with officials from the Department of Children and Families.

The department released a statement said they are currently investigating the incident and are cooperating with law enforcement.
