MIAMI (CBSMiami) – A 39-year-old man arrested Friday for allegedly fatally stabbing another man at a gas station last week appeared in bond court Monday.

Bohorquez is accused of stabbing Reynaldo Martinez behind a gas station near NW 7th Street and NW 51st Avenue Tuesday after the two men, described as acquaintances, got into an argument. Bohorquez, upon arrest, was charged with one count of second degree murder.
