MIAMI (CBSMiami) – It appears Justin Bieber won’t be taking a plea deal in his Miami Beach DUI case.

TMZ.com first reported that prosecutors offered the 19-year old “Biebs” a no contest plea to reckless driving. Bieber could be tried for three offenses; DUI, driving with an expired license and resisting arrest. If convicted, he could face up to two and half years in jail.
