Man Arrested For Alleged Abuse Of Disabled Woman
MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- A man accused of sexual battery, kidnapping and abuse of a disabled woman faced a Broward County Judge Friday in bond court.
Broward Sheriff's Deputies arrested Oral Johnson, 36, on charges of sexual battery, false imprisonment, and abuse of the elderly or disabled adult without great bodily harm.
The victim is not able to walk without assistance.
According to the arrest report, Johnson allegedly forced the victim to have sex and repeatedly hit her over the course of two days. She was able to escape and contact deputies.
Johnson is being held on $12, 500 bond.
