Man Accused Of Exposing Himself To Miami Teen
MIAMI (CBSMiami) – A Miami man who reportedly exposed himself to a young girl on several different occasions as she walked home has been taken into custody.
On September 23rd, the teen left Miami Northwestern Senior high around 7 p.m. and was walking on NW 10th Avenue when a man pulled up beside her in a red Toyota, according to the incident report. That man would later be identified as 22-year old Jeremy Julien.
The teen told police he was making a hissing noise to get her attention. When turned to look, she saw that his penis was exposed and he was masturbating. She would later tell police the same guy had done this to her before.
As she ran back to the school screaming for help, the Toyota sped off.
When she reached school she went to her volleyball coach, and several others, who called the police.
Officers tracked down and arrested Julien who was charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior/exhibit of a person less than 16-years old.
