DAVIE (CBSMiami) – Davie Police and the South Florida Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested a man they say solicited child pornography from a 14-year-old girl.

According to Davie Police, they served a search warrant on the residence of Michael Solano, 62, after they said he convinced a 14-year-old girl to send him naked photos of her. In exchange, Solano reportedly purchased the girl an Apple iPod.

Police said when they searched the computer they found five images of child pornography on the system.

Solano has been charged with 15 counts of sexual performance with the use of a child in, five counts of possession of child pornography, and one count of computer pornography.

Police have not said how Solano was able to befriend the teenage girl.
