One Person Killed In Five Car Accident
MIAMI (CBSMiami) – A five car accident in Northwest Miami-Dade left one man dead and sent another to the hospital.
The multiple cars involved in the accident were travelling both east and west near the intersection of 47th and NW 7th avenue when they collided at approximately 3:10 P.M.
According to police, Juan G. Liriano, 71, lost his life in the crash and another was sent to Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Chopper 4 flew over the scene of the accident revealing a mangled black car near the middle of the intersection, another car with extensive front-end damage, as well as the other cars involved.
Police are reviewing the red light cameras and speaking to witnesses as the investigation is still ongoing.
