Animal Shelter Bill Sent To Gov. Scott
TALLAHASSEE (CBSMiami/NSF) -- The Florida House passed and sent to the governor on Wednesday a bill requiring that animal shelters and animal control agencies keep more records on euthanasia and make them available to the public.
The measure (SB 674) passed unanimously, after having passed earlier in the Senate.
Gov. Rick Scott hasn't said whether he'll sign the bill.
