Police Question Husband Again In His Family's Triple Murder

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Police are again questioning the estranged husband of murdered mother Gladys Machado, according to our news partners at the Miami Herald.

It has been nearly a week since the bodies of Gladys Machado and her two young daughters were found in a a closet in a West Miami-Dade home. Since then, police have questioned and released Machado's estranged husband Alberto Sierra, but according to our news partners at the Miami Herald, detectives were questioning him again Monday night.

According to the Herald, investigators found Machado's car, which had been missing, near Sierra's home in Kendall and, the Herald reports police served a search warrant at Sierra's mother's home where he had been staying.

Friday night investigators spent more than four hours at the house where the bodies were found.  They removed bags of evidence from the home.

Last week, Sierra voluntarily spoke with detectives and was released.
