Man Charged For Robbery While Wearing Obama Mask

RIVIERA BEACH (CBSMiami/AP) — President Barack Obama has been captured, sort of.  It's the man wanted for robbing a South Florida McDonald's while wearing a mask of the President who has been captured.

Riviera Beach Police said Wednesday they have charged 22-year-old Marvin McTeare in the January incident. They say he was already behind bars on another robbery charge when they determined he was responsible for this incident.

Police say the restaurant was robbed of about $1,000 when a man in an Obama mask walked in with a gun, ordered employees into a back office and demanded a manager remove money from a safe.

Before he left, the gunman threatened to shoot the victims if they did not remain in the office.
