"Octomom" Show Will Go On Friday In Hollywood

WEST PALM BEACH (CBSMiami/AP) – The show will go on. A West Palm Beach club's efforts to block the woman known as "Octomom" do a strip tease at a competing club in Broward has been denied by a judge.

On Wednesday, Circuit Judge Timothy McCarthy has ruled against holding an emergency hearing requested by T's Lounge saying the situation does not "constitute a legal emergency."

T's Lounge was trying to thwart Nadya Suleman's scheduled appearance Friday at a competing club. She had signed a contract to dance topless at T's this week but later backed out because she felt that several club employees had talked 'smack' about her.

While Suleman's show can go on Friday at The Playhouse Gentleman's Club in Hollywood on Friday, she will likely still have to deal with a breach-of-contract lawsuit filed against her by T's.

T's Lounge has sued for an amount in excess of $15,000. Lawyers for T's claim Suleman's cancellation caused "irreparable harm."
