Valentine's Ideas To Help Save The Day

MIAMI (CBS4 ) With just a few days left to plan Valentine's Day, CBS4 decided to find a few ways for you and your loved one to spend time together on Valentine's Day.

You can head to the Deering Estate at Cutler for Moonlight and Music.

For a donation you can listen to music under the stars and bring a picnic basket with snacks for you and your loved one.

The entertainment includes Sara Packiam, a local performer who just dropped her first CD in stores.

"Just enjoy the evening right on Biscayne Bay. It's truly an amazing evening," said Cathy Ferreira, Spokesperson for Deering Estate at Cutler.

Another event features mammals and a meal. It's "Dine with Dolphins" at Miami Seaquarium. For $398 a couple, you can enjoy a meal, a bottle of wine and receive tickets for other water activities for a later date.

"You'll be at a beautiful table with a bottle of wine. You and your partner will overlook these beautiful and majestic creatures," said Cristina Rodriguez.

For a great meal, you can head to The Gibraltar on Grove Isle. The restaurant was selected as one of the most romantic restaurants in the country according to Open Table, a company that surveys restaurants.

How about a night of entertainment, head to The Playground Theatre in Miami Shores. They have a series of short plays about love romance and flirtation.

"It is a nice way to see the variations of love on Valentine's Day," said Marjorie O'Neill-Butler, a producer for The Playground Theatre.

If relaxing is your perfect Valentine's Day, how about a trip to the Lapis Spa at the Fontainebleau Hotel on Miami Beach. Couples who head there can get 20 percent their Romeo and Juliet package.

The price of the Spa package also includes a day at the hotel enjoying their facilities.
