The sheriff’s office said Jaquin Donell Han, 28, went to the home of Michael Smith, 26, to sell him a bag of marijuana. Smith paid Donell and was expecting five dollars in change. When Han didn’t hand over the money, the sheriff’s office said the two argued and Smith punched Han in the face. That’s when Han reportedly pulled out a gun and shot Smith.
